3 sets AMRAP (Reps in brackets) done in a circuit:
Bodyweight pushups (15, 12, 12)
Reclined bodyweight rows (15, 15, 15)
Lunges with leg on bench behind (10, 12, 12)
Hanging leg lifts (8, 8, 9)
Cross-body mountain climbers – consecutive to opposite elbow then consecutively laterally to the outside of same elbow as leg (12, 16, 16)
Pull-ups (12, 12 12)
Calf raisers (20, 25, 25)
Shoulder press with medium weight log (15, 12, 13)
Separate from circuit:
Hanging front Levers (5 unsuccessful tries)
Vampire sit-ups (8, 8)
Kettlebell swings (14, 42, 50)
Lateral leg raisers (10, 15, 15)
Pullup count went from 1-4-6-8-10 and now to 12! 😄
Getting the hang of the kettlebell swing techique too. Previously could only do 20. Must learn to relax my arms and drive from the hip.
