How can you stay consistent?
1. Make it easy for yourself – even if its something as simple as 1 push-up before you shower every day
2. Don’t set over-aspiring goals – like starting with 50 push-ups a day. You’ll burn out.
3. Show up daily – even if you fail today, try again tmr. Just keep practicing.

Taking small steps is key here, and so many people think that they should set huge tasks because the smaller ones feel insignificant, but that can’t be further from the truth. Thanks for this reminder!
