Growing up in an asian culture, we cook almost all our veggies so I’ve actually never had much raw cabbage until I came to New Zealand and realised that they’re shredded and added into salads and coleslaw.
So I’ve been chopping and shredding them tediously almost daily to add into my sandwiches.
I guess I finally got lazy but … viola!
