W10D4 – Barbell Destruction

830AM – Barbell Complex

Barbell Weight: 65lb / ~30kg

4 Sets of 5-10 reps per exercise

Minimal rest after each set.

1. Hanging Power Clean
2. Front Squats
3. Power Snatch
4. Back Squat
5. Power Press
6. Drop Lunge
7. Bent Rows
8. Dead Lifts
Notes: never sweated so much in one weightlifting session in an air-conditioned gym before! It was almost similar to a lactate threshold workout on one of the ergometers. Furthermore, the workout took only about 3 mins max per set and when factoring in the minimal wait time, I think I took only ~20mins to finish it! This gave me plenty of time for warmup, cool down, self myofascial massage and to work on other calisthenics skills.
